A few of my favourite Slique recipes

During my Slique Challenge, after 6 weeks I was starting to get a bit sick of the taste of the Balance Complete Shakes, so in an effort to spice them up a bit I created some variations. Below is some of my favourite recipes.

Choc Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 scoops of Balance Complete Powder
250mls of water
2 tsps of Raw Cacao powder
1 banana

Method:
Add all the ingredients to a high powered food processor and process until smooth.

Warm Peach and Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 scoops of Powermeal Powder
250mls of warm water
1 fresh peach (seed removed) or 4 x 1/4 if using tinned peaches
1 drop Cinnamon oil (food grade)

Method:
Add all the ingredients to a high powered food processor and process until smooth.

Jaffa Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 scoops of Balance Complete Powder
250mls of water
2 tsps of Raw Cacao powder
1 drop Orange oil (food grade)

Method:
Add all the ingredients to a high powered food processor and process until smooth.

Choc Mint Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 scoops of Balance Complete Powder
250mls of water
2 tsps of Raw Cacao powder
2 drops Slique* Essence

Method:
Add all the ingredients to a high powered food processor and process until smooth.

Slique Essence combines grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, spearmint, and ocotea with stevia extract in a unique blend. These ingredients really helped to control my hunger and cravings, especially when used in conjunction with Slique Tea. The pleasant citrus combination of grapefruit, tangerine, and lemon essential oils adds a flavourful and uplifting element to any day.
