Now that I’m perimenopausal I’m always on the look out for ways to stay healthy and keep the weight down. That’s why I’ve been experimenting with the perfect smoothie recipe.

Smoothies have become a staple in many of our daily routines, providing a quick and nutritious way to refuel and rejuvenate. They’re versatile, delicious, and can be tailored to suit your unique health goals. But with so many combinations of ingredients available, creating the perfect smoothie can sometimes feel overwhelming.

Don’t worry—I’ve broken it down into simple steps. Follow this guide to mix and match ingredients, and you’ll be sipping the ultimate smoothie in no time!
