Weight Loss continues

I know I have been absent for a few weeks. Maybe you thought I had fallen off the weight loss wagon. I have actually been away in Bali with Young Living on a Leadership trip. It was an amazing trip. We went sight seeing, relaxed and did some amazing training. I thought for sure I would of gained weight as most of the meals were buffet style, but I tried to eat lots of fruit and veggies and stuck to my no bread or white flour. This last few weeks I have continued to loose weight and I am now down to 73.5kgs. That is a weight loss of 8.8 kilograms so far in 7 weeks. If you look closely at the photo you will see my Balinese painted toe nails.
