Raindrop Technique

Would you like to book in for or gift someone with a Raindrop Technique® – so much more than just a massage?
Imagine the sensation of sinking into a deep and blissful state of rest, as someone does the ancient Tibetan version of reflexology on your feet. As you slowly (even reluctantly) come back to your body and roll over, you experience the gentle splashes as therapeutic grade essential oils are applied up your spine and to your tired muscles. These oils are then “feathered in” using a spine-tingling technique inspired by the Native Americans, combined with massage. You can’t get more pampered than this!

Description

raindrop massage - Raindrop Technique - young living

The Raindrop Technique derives its name from the art of dripping unadulterated, therapeutic- grade essential oils onto the body from a height (like rain), so that the oils interact with the physical body as well as the energy field. This was inspired by the American Indian belief that raindrops falling from a height may purify and cleanse the body and spirit. The oils are “feathered in” (in a spine-tingling way adapted from American Indian traditions), and massaged in. Because the essential oils easily penetrate the skin and muscles, the technique works on deep levels of the body without requiring hard pressure or force.

Raindrop Technique also uses Vitaflex, the Ancient Tibetan version of reflexology. This is performed along the spinal reflex of the feet, in combination with various essential oils. This exotic combination makes for a sensational experience, both giving and receiving, which promotes deep relaxation and balance.

The oils traditionally used in Raindrop Technique are: Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Marjoram, Cypress, Wintergreen and Peppermint, as well as the Young Living Oils blends called Valor and Aroma Siez, and the Young Living carrier massage oil V6 (6 vegetable oils combined).”

Sessions can be held at our tranquil retreat in beautiful Valla or we offer a mobile service from Port Macquarie to Coffs Harbour (extra travel cost)
