Essential oils can be used on almost any part of the body! It’s a great way to enhance your mind, body, and spirit. You can try adding them to your skin and hair care products and enhance your massage oils. You can apply them on your muscles post exercise and to the bottoms of your feet—just to name a few. We recommend avoiding contact with sensitive areas such as eyes, underarms, mucous membranes, or other sensitive areas. If you do use oils in these areas, dilute them!
